# Are you aware of any departments that have electronic evaluation systems for lectures? Does any one have an existing system that can be purchased or

I don’t know if any departments are enrolled in the service, but I have used the free trial version of Survey on the Spot with great results. It works well on all smartphone platforms and its reporting features are fairly robust. [www.surveyonthespot.com](http://www.surveyonthespot.com "www.surveyonthespot.com")

If you’re looking for a generic “audience response” system there are several in use on campus including hardware solutions from Interwrite and Turning Point. There’s also a software only solution from [http://www.polleverywhere.com](http://www.polleverywhere.com). I’ve additionally heard that someone is writing a polling solution for our CCLE system that should be ready very soon.

Some faculty have expressed an interest in common use systems such as **iClicker**: [http://www.iclicker.com/products/webclicker/](http://www.iclicker.com/products/webclicker/). At this time, am not aware of a department which has made a commitment to integration it to their LMS.

UCLA’s OID offers options for incorporating technology into instruction: **[http://www.oid.ucla.edu/faculty/iti](http://www.oid.ucla.edu/faculty/iti)**
