Has anyone tried Xerte Online Tookit?

Has anyone tried “Xerte Online Toolkit?” http://www.xerte.org.uk/ It’s a tool for making it easy to create learning objects in either Flash or HTML . “Xerte allows authors with no programming skills to build elearning activities through a simple browser interface. Authors use a wizard to enter text, media and interactions into a range of template pages.
