Outlook 2007 Spell Check is not working

Problem:
After upgrading from Office 2003 to Office 2007 spell check will stop working on some systems.

Fix:
Delete the registry key “en-US” under:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Proofing
Tools\1.0\Override\en-US
