When using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003, how do I get rid of those annoying network connectivity pop-ups?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Display
Types\Balloons

Change these values to 0:
Exchange
Netwarn
NetConn
