What is the Disabilities and Computing Program The Disabilities and Computing Program ( DCP ) is one of UCLA’s resources for students, faculty and staff with disabilities. The responsibility for adaptive computing and information access is shared by the Office for Students with Disabilities, the DCP , campus computing facilities, information providers, and departments. The DCP provides a variety of services, including web accessibility evaluations, adaptive software and hardware training, a laptop loaner program, technology purchase recommendations, alternate formats for text, and departmental and individual consultations.
