Who can post to this Knowledge Base?

The plan is that anyoneAnyone employed by UCLA, fullfull- or part-time, can post answers to this knowledgebase,Knowledge Base and edit other people’s answers. ButAll theircontributors' namenames will show up,up in the page history and all previous versions of answers will be saved. On edited pages, a list of contributors is shown.

Remember, this is an experiment. If these rules are too liberal, we can change them. But at this point we’re interested in making it as easy as possible to add or correct information in the knowledgebase.
