UCLA Multi-Factor Authentication

Thank to Henry Chang at BOL. Users could easily switch MFA on and off at

https://myaccount.google.com/lesssecureapps

ON – means less secure (no multi-factor authentication)
OFF – means more secure (multi-factor authentication)

For UCLA Logon ID

All employees will be required to use MFA Oct 31, 2017. MFA is available as an option to all students as well at this time.
