Once final grades have been submitted and the grading deadline has passed, you would need to submit a paper grade change form directlyPrior to the Registrar’sincomplete Office.grade Theselapsing formsto area normallyfailing availablegrade, fromit yourcan department’be updated through MyUCLA Gradebook by following the steps for grade changes found at the below link.
