How do I reset my voicemail password for my campus phone?

The new method is now to send an email request to:

ctsvm@cts.ucla.edu

This was the old method:

You need to fax a request to x70116 with your department letterhead, your name and extension. Once this is done, you will get a call from CTS confirming your reset.

The password will be reset to your 5-digit extension + 1. E.g., 537751. However, you will not be able to do this until you receive a call from them.
