What is UCLA on iTunes U?

A kickoff meeting was held on April 27, 2006, to plan UCLA’s participation in Apple’s iTunes U.

The primary goals of the UCLA on iTunes U Pilot Phase are:

Select content to pilot and make it available on UCLA on iTunes U.
Post the selected content to a password-protected UCLA on iTunes U.
Develop authentication with campus services.
Develop 2 deployment processes
- For current UCLA faculty, students & staff
- For students in a specific course
Develop content creation aids, guidelines, technical processes, FAQs, and other material to establish and sustain the project.

Two teams were established which will meet on alternating weeks:
