If you’re looking for a generic “audience response” system there are several in use on campus including hardware solutions from Interwrite and Turning Point. There’s also a software only solution from http://www.polleverywhere.com. I’ve additionally heard that someone is writing a polling solution for our CCLE system that should be ready very soon.

Some faculty have expressed an interest in common use systems such as iClicker: http://www.iclicker.com/products/webclicker/. At this time, am not aware of a department which has made a commitment to integration it to their LMS.
